By registering with an Event on this Site, and in all other reasonable circumstances, we may collect personal details including: Full name, email id, phone number, college / institution name, year of study / branch.

Names and contact details about your teammates (in case of team-based Events).

Any other personal details you provide in the registration form for a particular Event.

To process event registrations and verify eligibility.

To notify participants of results and other important information regarding siNUsoid vX.

To avoid double, duplicate, or fraudulent registrations.

To organize accommodation, prizes, certificates, and fest logistics.

To continuously improve and enhance siNUsoid vX. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising and marketing purposes.

Payments are accepted via UPI/QR code as displayed on the Site.

Registration is confirmed automatically once payment is verified through our internal system (CMS). Participants will receive a confirmation message/email upon successful verification.

siNUsoid does not store or have access to your UPI PIN, bank login credentials, or any sensitive banking information.

In case of payment verification issues (e.g., payment deducted but registration not confirmed), participants should contact sinusoid@st.niituniversity.in with their transaction ID/UTR and payment screenshot for manual resolution.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Once payment is made, fees are non-transferable to another individual unless explicitly permitted by the Event organizers in writing.

We share user data with the volunteers/organising team of the specific Event you signed up for for organising the event.

We share necessary details with payment gateway providers for transaction purposes only.

Data may be shared by law, regulation, or any official request from any judicial or government organisation.

Data is shared with NIIT University administration when necessary for access to campus, safety, and record keeping.

We do not share user data with any third party for advertising or any unrelated commercial purposes.

We will store participant data for as long as we need to accomplish the objectives in this policy, after which the data may be stored or securely deleted unless we have a legal/record-keeping obligation to retain it.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot provide such a guarantee.

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

Request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.

Request that your data be deleted, subject to our data retention policy, or withdraw your consent for any promotional communications.
